You’ll have great fun preparing these with your toddler and they taste great too.
- 6 pitta breads
- 3tbsps tomato purée
- Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 red onion, sliced
- Green pepper, sliced
- 3 slices of ham, chopped
- 1 tin of sweetcorn
- Preheat the grill. Place your pitta breads on a greased baking tray. Spoon on some tomato purée, spreading it out to the edges.
- Add a layer of grated cheese, which is a great source of calcium, to each pizza base. Cheddar is usually a firm favourite with kids.
- Top with the red onion, green pepper, ham and sweetcorn.
- Cook the pitta pizzas under the grill until warmed through and the cheese is bubbling.
