Known as a superfood, blueberries are high in antioxidants, fibre and vitamins A and C. Bananas are a fantastic first food, too, as they’re quick to prepare and easy for your baby to digest. Suitable for babies of 6 months+
- 25g blueberries
- 1 small banana, sliced
- Put the blueberries in a saucepan with 1tbsp water and cook for about 2 minutes.
- Add the banana and purée until smooth using a hand-held blender or food processor.
