Lentil dhal with orange juice

Lentils are a great weaning food and this is such an easy way to cook them. Suitable from 7 months+.
Ingredients
- 100g red lentils
- 50ml orange juice
- Pinch cinnamon
Method
- Put the lentils in a saucepan and pour over 300ml water. Cover and cook gently for 20 minutes or until the lentils are soft.
- Drain off a little of the liquid using a sieve, then return the drained lentils to the pan.
- Stir in the orange juice and cinnamon and return to the heat to warm through.
