peach melba smoothie

Threading the fruit onto straws is safer than using cocktail sticks or skewers.

Ingredients

  • 410g can of Tesco Peach Slices in Juice
  • 175g fresh raspberries
  • 2 tbsp Tesco Natural Greek-style Yogurt

Method

  1. Reserve 12 peach slices from the can. Tip the remainder into a measuring jug and add 100g of the fresh raspberries, yogurt and whizz with a hand blender until smooth.Pour into glasses.
  2. Cut the reserved peach slices in half and thread alternately onto straws with 75g fresh raspberries. Serve with the smoothies.
